Pastor Tim is hosting a special seminar at the church on Sunday, January 29 at 5 PM. In Church 101, Discovering River Springs Membership, we explain how River Springs Church is similar to other churches and how we are different. We talk about what we believe, how we are structured, how we are affiliated with other churches, etc. Pastor Tim will share what we are trying to do and how we are trying to do it; what’s a big deal to us and the many things that are not a big deal to us. Participating in this seminar is a requirement for membership in River Springs. The seminar starts at 5 and ends at 8:30 p.m. and includes free pizza and salad supper and childcare for those who sign up for it. Participants get a notebook for conserving all the information. Centri-kids camp is a fun and exciting camp designed for kids who have just finished 3rd, 4th or 5th grade. As in the past we will be attending Centri-kids. We will be returning to Anderson University July 16-20. The cost is $255. If you want your child to attend, please contact Cindy Peachey (carolinapeach@att.net). A $50 deposit is required by Sunday February 12 to reserve your spot.
