This form is for any events happening in or with the church including off-site ministry events or using the church facilities for ministry events, team events, private events, or other. Information for the event may be put on The Current, in our slide rotation, announced at church after our Sunday morning service, or included in our calendar. In order to do so, please provide the following information. We politely request this be provided at least 2 weeks prior to your event so we may effectively communicate what is needed.
